Here's and add from a magazine dated June 1924!!!!! Yes I'm
not making this up. It looks like I have found proof of the first
electric guitar...and it's made from a cigar box!!!!! It predates a
modern electric guitar, I guess???...Well, actually I'm no
historian and really don't care about the facts in detail, so don't
email me with what you think might or might not be true......just
seeing this makes me happy enough.
Now I've got something to throw up in the face of those Les
Paul buying, Guitar Center shopping, know it alls!
